Built entirely by donations, the community hall was completed in 2010. It is our desire that the property and facility that God has entrusted to us be used to serve our neighbors and our community. We want this facility to experience maximum use for the greatest community service. For reservation requests and information, please see our website.
Fees, and Available Hours:
At the time a reservation is made, a $275 reservation deposit is due. Of this deposit, $200 becomes a security/ damage deposit which will be refunded within 3-5 days after the event, providing the facility has been left in proper condition. The remaining $75 will be applied as a non-refundable Cleaning Fee.
Setup – Close Hours and Use Fees
- 9:00 am—10:00 pm (Maximum Use)
Music Off By:
- 9:00 pm (1 hour clean up)
Mon – Thurs Rate:
- $75/hr with a Minimum of 2 hours
- 2 hr = $150
Fri, Sat, Sun Rate:
- $100/hr: Minimum of 4 hours
- 4 hr = $400
10 hr = $800

Security is provided, is mandatory and required for all events.
Limited kitchen facility, no cooking equipment, dish washer or garbage disposal. Refrigerator & small freezer are included, as well as microwave.
Profit and Non-Profit Use
The published fees herein are provided for private and group organizations. Non-profit reservations may be requested through the church office at a reduced rate. Please inquire at 503-399-8601.
Prohibitions
All buildings and surrounding areas are smoke free, no smoking or vaping of any substance allowed. Alcohol and its use is not permitted on the premises. The use of glitter, nails, tacks or screws on any part of the building are prohibited. Please note that the church playground is not included with the community hall and is off limits for use. Security will be provided for the entire event and will enforce guidelines.
